Privacy baseline

activeTab grants temporary access to the page you intentionally inspect.
scripting runs the packaged collector in that active tab.
No persistent host access, background monitor, analytics, account, or remote code.
One bounded same-page refetch records final HTTP evidence; it is not an original navigation capture or redirect-chain trace.
