Extension support
NavSEO Page Evidence support.
Common limitations, troubleshooting steps, and a safe way to report issues.
The page cannot be inspected
Open a normal http:// or https:// page and try again. Chrome blocks extension inspection on protected surfaces such as chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store, and some built-in document viewers.
Source comparison is unavailable
The rendered-page findings can still be useful. A same-page refetch can fail because of authentication behavior, a non-HTML response, network controls, the 8-second timeout, or the 5 MiB source limit.
The source and rendered page differ
The extension compares selected high-value signals, not every DOM node. Review the listed title, description, canonical, robots, language, H1, or JSON-LD difference with the relevant crawler or search-engine rendering tool.
Report an issue
Email [email protected] with the Chrome version, extension version, expected behavior, and reproducible steps.
Do not send credentials, cookies, private source code, or confidential page content. Share a report export only when you have reviewed it and intentionally choose to provide it for support.
