How NavSEO handles analytics, forms, tool submissions, and follow-up requests.

Operator and contact

NavSEO is owned and operated by VMCSoft Digital.

Privacy, correction, and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

What NavSEO collects

NavSEO may collect page analytics, form submissions, tool inputs, and contact details that visitors choose to provide.

Tool submissions can include a website URL, selected checklist items, score, recommendation text, business name, location, and email address when a visitor asks to receive results.

Analytics

NavSEO uses first-party event analytics to understand page views, CTA clicks, FAQ answer opens, aggregate FAQ search interactions, tool starts, tool completions, and lead submissions. FAQ search events store query length and result count, not the search terms entered. These events do not use cookies, and raw IP addresses are not stored. A hashed IP value may be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

External tools

The tools hub links to selected utilities and platforms operated by other providers. NavSEO may record that an outbound link was selected, but does not receive the URL, domain, account, or other input entered after leaving NavSEO. That input is handled by the external provider.

Review the provider's terms and avoid entering confidential URLs, credentials, or private business data into an external tool.

NavSEO Page Evidence extension

The NavSEO Page Evidence Chrome extension temporarily handles the user-selected active page locally and does not send inspected-page evidence to NavSEO or VMCSoft Digital. Its dedicated extension privacy and Limited Use disclosure explains the same-page refetch, local acceptance preference, exports, permissions, and optional links.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the site, improve tools and content, respond to inquiries, and provide requested follow-up.

NavSEO does not need sensitive account credentials, private analytics exports, or confidential business records through public forms. Visitors should avoid submitting information they do not want reviewed for SEO follow-up.

Data minimization

NavSEO should collect only what is needed for the requested workflow and avoid storing sensitive information in tool payloads.

Retention and deletion

Submitted information is kept only as long as it is useful for operating the site, reviewing requests, improving diagnostics, or maintaining abuse-prevention records.

Visitors can request correction or deletion of submitted information through the contact page. Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, compliance, or operational integrity.

Contact

Use the contact page or email [email protected] to request correction or deletion of submitted information.
