How NavSEO handles analytics, forms, tool submissions, and follow-up requests.

What NavSEO collects

NavSEO may collect page analytics, form submissions, tool inputs, and contact details that visitors choose to provide.

Tool submissions can include a website URL, selected checklist items, score, recommendation text, business name, location, and email address when a visitor asks to receive results.

Analytics

NavSEO uses first-party event analytics to understand page views, CTA clicks, tool starts, tool completions, and lead submissions. These events do not use cookies, and raw IP addresses are not stored. A hashed IP value may be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the site, improve tools and content, respond to inquiries, and provide requested follow-up.

NavSEO does not need sensitive account credentials, private analytics exports, or confidential business records through public forms. Visitors should avoid submitting information they do not want reviewed for SEO follow-up.

Data minimization

NavSEO should collect only what is needed for the requested workflow and avoid storing sensitive information in tool payloads.

Retention and deletion

Submitted information is kept only as long as it is useful for operating the site, reviewing requests, improving diagnostics, or maintaining abuse-prevention records.

Visitors can request correction or deletion of submitted information through the contact page. Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, compliance, or operational integrity.

Use the contact page to request correction or deletion of submitted information.
